I sought out the Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist designation because I spend quite some time in sunny Florida, the most southern state of these United States. With its rich culture, international vibe, warm climates, growing economy, luxury lifestyle, cruise ports, and no state income tax, these are just a few things that makes “The Sunshine State” an attractive option to new retirees and individuals from cooler climates seeking an alternative lifestyle.
